analogue to #395
but for frontend / plugin / client logic.
SFW remains for reference server implementation + documentation.
I have been reading through all (open) issues tonight to review and identify issues that concern the client side, plugins and presentation layer, some are even outdated / abandoned and could be closed. Then these ideas should be cross-referenced over at https://github.com/WardCunningham/wiki-client.
The proposed list:
