SDF to openPMD converter

For those interested in converting SDF epoch native format to openPMD standard format, we developed at GSI a converter:

The mpi-sdf2opmd converter uses parallel I/O for both reading and writing, making conversion of large datasets efficient on HPC systems.
Conversion is done internally using the openPMD-api library which supports

• HDF5 and
• ADIOS2
  I/O formats.
