Host notebooks on Binder

As we develop more decorator meta-visualisation functions as part of the package, example notebooks that show how to use them, such as the choropleth example already worked on ,could show how the decorators can be used.

If we host the notebooks on binder, this will give people a chance to play with the interactivity and show how WAYS works.

In fact, these interactive notebooks could be a key project output, since they will be a great way to demo the WAYS philosophy, whilst also providing clear examples of using the WAYS package.
