Allow old votes to be archived or otherwise hidden from the main list

Now that we seem to be expected to run more votes online, the fact that all of the old votes are present and clog up the list is irritating. A few possible solutions:

• Order by reverse creation date rather than creation date, so that more recent votes are at least easier to find. Doesn't solve the problem of burying the results (which are a separate list below the list of votes).
• Pagination on votes.
• Archiving functionality (don't delete them please).
