Itemremove not working on specific maps

Even though the itemremove portion exists in the json, it (Turf Wars) doesn't seem to be working, and players are dropping all of their items when killed.

Possibly resolved by #336, but this will stay open until it's seen working when testing.

Aerial Conquest doesn't have working itemremove either but this time I don't know what's causing it.
