Update c2wwise to support Wwise 2022, remove support of older versions

Problem - Current Wwise generator was built in 2017 and it cannot easily build plugins for recent versions.
This generator has to be updated. Discussed this a bit on Discord and decided to drop support for old version and rewrite it setting Wwise 2022 as minimal supported version.
