Slow filter pop-ups

Current filter pop-ups are "slow". Maybe loading pop-up structure first then populating it with content would provide better performance / feeling for end-users?

For example, high end device is freezing for a bit on load:

All depends on your database, filters load instantly for me on my phone.

Times itself look fine (at least on PC). Most likely it's due to the big content size 🤔
