Public survey takers should not see results when they submit

The functionality of showing results after submission was for debugging. This should not be shown publicly.

Instead why don't we show something like:

Thank you, your submission has been recorded.

Ultimately, I guess we want surveyor to have customizable thanks messages so we could pipe something like "We will bonus you soon" etc.

(this is reflecting the recent email where someone saw their age record in a closing survey)
