Is there option to send Parameter with Request in MARKET TICKER ?

I would like to fetch only specific coin details instead of all in Ticker.
Is there any option send parameter with request like 'btcinr' or 'dogeinr' ?

Also it will be great if you provide api for placing orders.

Need all currencies from inr exchange only through query params
