[Bug]: Winget no longer displays a message and no longer performs updates

The problem
For some time now, Winget no longer displays any notifications about software updates. Updates have also stopped running recently. The configuration is distributed via Intune and has not been changed. Has something changed in the new ADMX compared to the old one and is there any other way to solve the problem?
