White screen on Windows

Whenever I launch Weave Manager, it gives me a white screen instead of a normal UI.
I have tried:
- Restarting my laptop
- Reinstalling
- Deleting my temporary files
I'm on Windows 10 22H2

Could you provide the logs shown in devtools (press ctrl-shift-i)?

devtools does not show up when pressing ctrl+shift+i or f12.
I have tried to reopen weave and focus on it then try to open devtools again but it does not tend to work.
