We currently don't build or run the llvm test suite with the new backend.

A portion of the llvm-test-suite runs on emscripten-releases. It's still on my list to add more.

Closing this as obsolete, and because we are moving the code (see #698). If there is an issue with the build scripts, please file an issue against EMSDK
