Provide a way to pass arrays and objects from Javascript to c++ and back

There may be a way already, in which case I would request better documentation on the subject than currently exists. If it doesn't, please provide a well-documented method for performing such a task. I have added a Stack Overflow question that I have on the subject to provide some insight to what I am trying to accomplish. I did not see any documentation on the main site or any other sites confirming how to do this or if it is even possible. The closest I got was a brief paragraph on emscripten binding that stated it was possible, without providing any documentation or examples on how to do it.
Here is the Stack Overflow link. Please have a look.
