API NO LONGER SUPPORTS CHANGING BASE CURRENCY (without subscription)

The API no longer supports changing the base currency without a subscription and also requires the use of ACCESS KEY to use the API.

I created a pull request that resolves this as it uses my own backend service for converting the currencies
