We are building Angular JS SPA application and included ie8 shim.
When previewed in emulated IE8 mode(IE11) or in IE8 on XP platform, browser's debugger is complaining about 'Unable to get property 'defineProperty' of undefined or null reference' (a screen shot attached.

why you didn't include this script the way it should be included instead of loading it via whatever loader you have in there?
