Search function for memorial minutes

The listing of memorial minutes, when found via the left navigation menu in "wagtail admin," is on a page where the memorial minutes named on the list are NOT live links that allow one to go to the actual minutes. Here is that page:

I happened to have saved a link to a similar page that displays this list of names as live links that go to the actual memorial minutes. This is the sort of page I would like to arrive at from the left navigation menu in "wagtail admin." Like this:
