Chrome / ScriptSafe v1.0.6.16
Unable to replicate in Firefox or Safari. Appears to be Chrome/ScriptSafe specific.

Looking at the source of the page with that issue /sections/login/login.php it appears that this is a bug specific to the what.cd implementation of Gazelle, as those quotation marks are not present in the current code in this repository.
You would be best to report this bug on that site's discussion forum, unless you are able to duplicate this bug on the version of Gazelle available for download here.

This is likely an issue with Chromium and not with Gazelle.
