Change name from "Offline Mode" to "Portable Mode"

The program is already offline and it doesn't make sense for it to say offline mode when it's being used on a different device than where it was installed. Maybe it could be called portable mode and local mode instead of offline mode.

I think "Travel Mode" makes more sense. "Portable Mode" could mean that it can be ported rather than moved around.
