The preferences window doesn't show any of the items, labels, or buttons on the window. The window opens and changes the title and icon, but then it doesn't show anything else. There doesn't seem to be any errors or problems because the rest of the program still works.
Potential reason:
It could be due to the getenv("LANG") line. That might be causing an issue. But the feature was also there in v1.9.0 and worked there completely fine.
