Fail to create pools and vaults with peggy assets

Injective has Ethereum bridged assets, which are treated as cosmos native tokens and have as denom something like peggy0x87aB3B4C8661e07D6372361211B96ed4Dc36B1B5.
The factories fail to create pools and vaults with such assets atm since the LP token symbol becomes invalid with the current Asset::get_label logic.
