Who is the Department of Defense POC for code.gov?

I'm trying to track down someone in DoD who has authority for implementing the Federal Source Code policy. Any idea who the POC is? It would help a great deal if you could post the POC on this site. That would help agencies to find out who has authority for implementing that policy.

Right now visitors to the site are clueless who to contact.
