Turn the indexes into open data sets

There are two indexes in the repo. They are particularly useful as they work as archives of WMP's action. These are currently written as markdown files, but they should also be accessible as open data sets, such as CSVs.

Markdown files should be kept. We want to have both machine-readable and human-readable files.

Here are the indexes (both in the indexes folder):

• Free Music Archive index - only the table needs to converted to CSV
• Podcast Index - create a table with the data displayed under the following parameters:
  episode number, episode title, blog link, archive.org link, audio link
