Raster output quality to improve.

Strangely, running @wikiatlas in 2015 generated #svg images of smaller dimensions yet higher quality🙄
For topography&hillshade.🤔

• Regression likely due to topojson's simplification settings changes.

• Balancing GIS raster precision with Topojson simplification is known to be tricky ! 🙄

• Strange, history from 2015.05.15 (3 changes) doesn't give anything meaningful. Did the raster data (ETOPO1) changed ? Or topojson simplification's algorithm ?

• Crispy edges with topojson? Quantization and Simplification

• Passing --simplification-proportion 0.25 to 0.5 improves the visual quality, lightly increase the filesize from 5 to 7.5MB, but radically slows down the whole script, with printing moving from 1 to 30secs !

• See also simplification. May be good to move to --simplify, but needs automatic calculation of the value.
