Moderation queue bug

After clicking upload addon in gmpublisher, it successfully uploads my addon to steam workshop but the addon somehow gets stuck in a steam workshop moderation queue that checks for malicious links.
After messaging with the steam support, it appears that the default link "Uploaded with gmpublisher" is causing this error.
