request: add a badge indicating that the filesystem changed

1. keep a hash of the filesystem contents that match the whitelist
2. put a badge on "my addons" if the hash of the files on disk don't match the last hash of the published gma's contents
3. make it very easy to see at a glance if I have unreleased changes for addons

managing this shit is a nightmare dawg, ci isn't enough at this point
