auto-yamcs will be the central repo for the juicer toolchain; juicer, tlm_cmd_merger and xtce_generator. Because of this, this will be the central repository for documentation. While each tool will have its own independent documentation, users should be able to just read the documentation on auto-yamcs and get going.
