Test Using airliner Codebase

To make auto-yamcs testing robust and trustworthy, I think running tests on the airliner codebase will be a good baseline test that can exercise the entire workflow of auto-yamcs; juicer, tlmd_cmd_merger and any other scripts it may need to run. This can also capture any quirks (as we have encountered in the past) that may exists because of a specific airliner build, database schema, etc.
