Explain why regression testing is desirable in abstract and introduction

Currently, the article assumes that the reader understands the benefit of regression testing and test-driven development in general. However, this is not necessarily true, since many TeX users are typographers and/or scientists first and computer programmers second. Therefore, it seems useful to give a short explanation of the benefits of the regression testing of TeX packages in the abstract and in the introduction.
