How do i modify the APP_ID and APP_NAME during the build?

I want to switch facebook app id during the build based on the environment it's being built for: development or production. I just couldn't find any documentation on it.

@ngyangjo do you want to switch one app to another app or do you want to use same app for both of built i.e. development or production.
