Dispersion plots should include modifiers

The plots in the dispersion plot window should include modifiers where possible.

• Adding a ship from the ship selection should still add its stock data
• Clearly indicate which ships have modifiers applied and which don't

This should allow to compare stock ships with each other and also make it easier to understand how different skills and upgrades affect the dispersion compared to the stock version or another build of the same ship.
