Currently selected / loaded bank affects IMF playing setup

When playing IMF files, choosen MIDI playing bank must don't affect tremolo/vibrato/rhythm-mode settings.

IMF files are must have next setup:

• Deep tremolo must be disabled
• Deep vibrato must be disabled
• Rhythm mode must be disabled

However, when choosing various MIDI banks or loading custom, they are affecting IMF playnig setup, and IMF does playing with incorrect setup, or even with damaged sound (when rhythm mode is enabled without a direct command from the IMF file itself)
