Durability mode in Anvil does not work

Describe the bug
The durability change in the anvil crafting recipe menu is not functional.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an anvil crafting recipe.
2. Set it to MODE: DURABILITY
3. Add another item to be consumed. (OPTIONAL)
4. Attempt to replicate the recipe in an actual anvil.

Expected behavior
The recipe to increase the durability as stated.
