Game won't launch if GOG Galaxy already open

I followed everything to the letter to have Witcher 3 work on Steam through GOG Galaxy. It works when GOG isn't running but it doesn't launch again after GOG is already up and I close the game.

  1. GOG closed- GOG and game launches from steam with no problems
  2. GOG still open and game closed- Steam won't launch the game

I've already tried ReLaunch= True and False
I've already tried SkipLauncher=True and False

AutoGameLauncher is set to False like recommended. The OSOL file isn't in the executable folder like recommended. Thank you.
