The instructions for launching GOG Galaxy games (that have a goglog.ini in their base directory) through OSOL found in the Wiki also works fine with GOG Galaxy 2.0 (tested as of v1.09h).

I'm unable to find any other working methods as of the latest version of GOG Galaxy 2.0. I'll reopen this if any future client updates add support for alternate methods of launching games.
