Custom theme/plugin incorrect folder

Unfortunately I have a problem. The module installs in the "/plugins/plugin-name-master" folder. So far I can't find the cause. Someone can help?

Not able to reproduce, we both tried with @slavenstancic, closing issue for now and reopening if we find additional steps to reproduce.
