Message stream sometimes slows down in typewriter

The speed of the message display sometimes slows down in the middle (1-3 seconds per letter, not word). It is not a network issue because the rate would go back to normal after I click on the three dots on the right side.

Just had a test and the problem still exists, but probably less frequently. It occurs in every 2-3 long answers. Not sure if it is related to the web search mode (I think not but it is probably a good idea to test).
