quotation marks for phrases in CL search didn't work at all

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.http://albuquerque.craigslist.org/search/sss?
query=%22garage+sale%22+edgewood&catAbbreviation=sss&minAsk=min&maxAsk=max
2.NOTE: the % signs above are actually quotation marks which are used on CL
to find phrases instead of words
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting to see ONE listing CL found and it instead omitted the
whole search string and gave me ALL the listings from CL ABQ, big bug here,
must fix or it's useless for phrases
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IDK what version this is Chrome and Vista

Thanks for reporting that ! I did not think of phrases ;). Bug fixed and already
deployed (still have to commit here to close the issue).
