[WCEU 2024] Prepare for the Contributor Day

Objective
As a table lead at a Contributor Day, I want to be prepared with resources, workflows and documentation for first-time and long-term contributors who want to join the DEIB working group.
Details
- Create an onboarding page at the Wiki called "Contributor Day" (see for reference the Hosting team's contributor-day.md)
- Create a dedicated page with a facilitator guide, handout for workflow and list of suitable tasks to work on during the Contributor Day
Expected outcome
Interested contributors feel welcomed into the group and understand the vision and purpose of the DEIB working group. Ideally, the designated tasks are getting done or at least pushed forward.

- DEIB survey
- Contributor Handbook
- Updating Subpage https://make.wordpress.org/handbook/diversity-equity-and-inclusion-in-wordpress/
