When do Codex URLs in code files get changed?

The codex articles are being redirected to the new HelpHub articles, but for how long?
If you search the actual WordPress code, there are a lot of comments and links to codex URLs.
When do these get changed? And are all the pages referenced in the code already migrated?

Here is the list I got when I searched WordPress 5.0.2. (I got slightly more in 4.9.9)

I doubt we'll convert the inline code base, we'll just redirect the codex pages.
