Users with admin role can't access the WordCamp editing page and the Meetup editing page.
I think the admin should be able to access these two pages? @dorsvenabili

Expected behavior

Admin should be able to access the mentioned two pages.

This is correct: Admins should be able to edit the WordCamp CPT pages

What about Meetups CPT?

Same thing, Admins (Program Managers) should be able to edit the Meetups CPT.
