Homepage: Simplify the Hero section

The hero section on the homepage currently features a custom block that displays a different message each time you visit. The three options are:
- WordPress: Flex your freedom
- WordPress: Publish your passion
- WordPress: Grow your business
The updated design simplifies this messaging to just "Meet WordPress" and is geared towards users who are new to WordPress and perhaps exploring the platform for the first time. The subtext has been updated to reinforce this messaging.
Stylistically, the header uses the white variant to blend in more with the hero, the WC Asia banner has been removed (it was going to be removed anyway since the event has passed), and there is a nice brushstroke. Brushstrokes are used throughout the WP.org design.

This update is intended to be an initial iteration as we continue to refine the homepage to tell the story of modern WordPress, focusing on those exploring the platform for the first time and those revisiting WordPress who may not be up-to-date on all the latest improvements. This hero section update dovetails into the newly proposed product-oriented section.
