[Launch Feedback] tags/categories that aren’t in the filters still shows counts when visiting its page

There's a bug with tags that aren’t in the Popular tags dropdown - i.e https://wordpress.org/showcase/tag/magazine/ which shows on the dropdown as Popular tags [1] but without it being selected.

Maybe those two (Featured and Magazine, and others that are left out) should be put into the filter. Or if they should not be, the filter shouldn’t render any number, but this way also brings up a question if one is visiting that filter and selecting another one, would we want the current filter to be added? i.e., If one's visiting Featured and select another, say Artist, what do we do? Probably not including the current filter would make the logic more consistent.
