Running Locally - Default User?

Hi,

Is there a way to purely run this locally without having to set up Google Login, S3 URL, etc.? Just want to run it and keep all the data offline. Also sorry if I missed something but is there a default user or something to login into it haha because the sign up doesn't work without setting up the other variables like GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, etc. I think?

It was simply a setup issue, added a working docker-compose in #27

after which I was able to normally sign-up.
