EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION at touchesMoved on Sim

Hi Dan,

This happens on simulator only, so can be ignored I guess. Worth logging the issue though cause it's weird.

Happens in

override func touchesMoved(_ touches: Set<UITouch>, with event: UIEvent?)

at

imageView.image = UIImage(ciImage: imageAccumulator.image())

error: memory read failed for 0x0
