How to Create user and assign the practice to that user through api?

as there is no API provided by pophealth , so how we can create user and assign the practice to that user by calling the API ?

@gkmaheshwari there is an API for popHealth (see http://pophealth-demo.osehra.org/apipie/5.0.html for documentation). I'm not sure if there is a way to create a user and assign a practice through it right now though, but of course it can be added if you are willing :)
