WPF bining errors

Thank you for the great new features like grouping and context menu adding of nodes.

However, when using the context menu. I get some WPF binding errors.

The following are from the ExampleShaderEditorApp:
System.Windows.Data Error: 4 : Cannot find source for binding with reference 'RelativeSource FindAncestor, AncestorType='System.Windows.Controls.ItemsControl', AncestorLevel='1''. The error 4 is a known issue in WPF. I will provide a pull request that fixes this issue in the examples.
