spell.dbc ,itemset.dbc cann't reading server data.

I don't understand what you are reporting. What do the dbc files you are mentioning have to do with Hermes? It does not require any dbc files.

sorry ,I mean, I have added new spells and new itemsets, but they can't be seen and effective in the 1.14 client;

You have to add them in the hotfix csv files too.

the hotifx dbc to csv ,It's split into a lot of files.
