PHP needs update ASAP & required functions

PHP 7.4 has no upstream support since november 2022, it is dangerous to ask for people to run a deprecated version of PHP. Please, update it ASAP.
I would really like a TS3 iframe viewer to include in a website, like this good old "ts3wi by Psychokiller". :)

When TeamSpeak 3 PHP Framework version 1.2.0 is released to packagist, you can expect an update with full support for PHP 8.0, 8.1, 8.2.

Ts3 PHP framework is not ready, it’s not compatible with ts-website,

With ts3phpframework 1.3.0 it is still unusable there is a memory leak. 🙄
