Feature Request: set filename

I don't wont the filename to start with numbers as it doesn't look trustworth in attached files of an email.
It would be greate to pass a custom string or default value.

@BenedictLang You can rename file with whatever name you want as long as you keep the extension .ics

@benjamin-datamanti sure, but that means you have to rename every file you create and we as programmers hate repeating stuff, why even add the date or hash numbers or whatever it was, i dont remember, at all? I dont believe it has a greater sence using just the name of the appointment or the person as filename, which can hardly be wrong. Nobody is using this to create an appointment for himself rather than sending it to someone else IMO.
