create multi-user WebRTC rooms for events

This is an example of a sample event in MyPal.
Currently, the user only has an option to register for an event.
The goal here is to add functionality to create a multi-user room for each event that can be joined by users.
This functionality should be implemented with the help of WebRTC with Firebase Firestore as our Signaling server.
